We all know of facial as a pampering and rejuvenation experience that will leave your skin feeling refreshed and clean. Ultimately, instead of just feeling good, a proper facial should provide good results. A Medical Facial, as compared to a Spa, is administered by a medical aesthetician who not only understands how the skin is but also has advanced skincare knowledge and works hand in hand with an aesthetic doctor or dermatologist to tackle the root of your skin problem by customizing a treatment plan.

Spa facials are about the same for everyone despite their skin type or conditions, with the intentions to soothe and relax rather than clinically treating the skin. On the other hand, Medical Facials include an analysis and consultation before the start of the treatment and then designed to meet your objectives by treating your skin beyond merely surface-level cleaning.

At M-Aesthetic Clinic, we provide a Medical grade Facial, which is known as Advanced Medical Infusion Treatment.

What is Advanced Medical Infusion Treatment?

It is the latest innovation in skin resurfacing from South Korea that has both non-invasive exfoliation and electroporation (Puncture Technology) treatments.

It is a unique, multi-step facial treatment that combines the benefits of next-level microdermabrasion, chemical exfoliation, automated painless extractions and a unique infusion of anti-ageing and antioxidants to your skin.

Advanced Medical Infusion Treatment can treat:

  • Oily and acne-prone skin
  • Dry and dehydrated skin
  • Congested skin
  • Pigmented skin
  • Sun-damaged skin
  • Blackheads
  • Fine wrinkles
  • Dull skin tone
  • Uneven skin tone

How does it work?

There are a total of 2 topical solutions used for this treatment:

  1. SA- The Aqua ST SA (Salicylic Acid)

Salicylic Acid visibly helps to progressive lighten the superficial solar hyperpigmentation. This specialized blend cleans skin deeply while AHA ingredients soften sebum and impurities to aid in extractions. It also helps to actively dislodging dead cells for exfoliation.

  1. AO- The Aqua ST AO (Anti-Oxidant)

This is a hybrid, antioxidant sebum that is formulated with stabilized anti-oxidants and white tea extract to combat free radicals.

There are a total of 6 steps:

Step 1: Diamond Brightening Microdermabrasion which helps to get rid of dirt on the skin.

Step 2: Deep Cleansing of pores goes deeper into the skin layers and pores to eliminate dirt and grime

Step 3: Chemical exfoliation vacuum system extracts white heads, blackheads and dead skin over the skin surface to give your skin a deep cleanse.

Step 4: Manual Extraction – Focusing on problematic areas, the aesthetician will manually extract blackheads, whiteheads and acne.

Step 5: Micro-Infusion of anti-ageing nutrients and anti-oxidant ingredients into the deep skin. Using Micro-Puncture technology, micro-columns are created into the underlying skin layer and a combination of anti-ageing nutrients and anti-oxidant ingredients are delivered into the skin. This hydrates the skin from inside out, improves wrinkles, pores and plumps the skin up.

Step 6: Diamond Whitening Mask: Lastly, a diamond whitening mask is applied to the skin as the final touch to make your skin fair and smooth.
